Close A 21-year-old free diver has described the "otherworldly" experiences that he has when he dives down to the seabed.
Iestyn Morgan, from Pembrokeshire, said he can be there for four to five hours at a time, calling it a great benefit for his mental health.
He said Welsh waters were under severe pressure and he is trying to "give back" to the sea that brings him so much joy.
"If I can keep showing people what's out there I'll be very happy to do that," he added.
