Buffering is almost always an internet speed issue. IPTV requires at least 25 Mbps for 4K content or 10 Mbps for HD. Double-check that you've entered the Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as shown in your email — including any special characters. Copy-paste to avoid typos. The EPG loads separately and may take a minute or two on the first launch. In IPTV Smarters Pro, go to Settings → EPG and make sure the EPG URL is entered (it's included in your credentials email). In TiviMate, the EPG is pulled automatically from the Xtream Codes API. If it still doesn't load, clear the app cache and restart.

Some channels use different audio codecs. In your IPTV player, go to Settings → Player and switch the player type from "Built-in" to "VLC" or "ExoPlayer." This usually resolves audio codec compatibility issues. Also check your device volume and make sure the specific channel isn't muted.
