A federal judge has put the $110 billion Paramount-Warner Bros. merger on hold temporarily after 12 US states sued to block it.
Paramount's $110 billion buyout of Warner Bros . just hit a major legal snag. On Monday, a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted the requests of multiple states for a temporary restraining order, halting the merger of movie studios Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Skydance.
